good news for the U.S.A.: all parcels are shipped! Now we start packing and shipping to our final destinations: to all of our backers from Asia, Australia & Africa. You have to be patient one last time ;-). We pack and send as fast as possible.

Canada, Greenland and South America are shipped!

Dear Backers,
the last packages for Canada, Greenland and South America are packed and will be shipped tomorrow. Now we will start packing and sending to the U.S.A.! Please consider due to the high amount of more than 5,000 packages to the U.S.A., we can’t deliver all packages in just one day. You have to be patient one last time ;-). We pack as fast as possible and will send packages several times a week.

In addition, we read that some of you guys have issues using the WINGBRUSH. Therefore, here is an explanation with some general information for the handling of interdental brushes.
1. Our brushes don’t differ from other interdental brushes; we simplified the usage and handling of interdental brushes through our innovative handle. If your interdental spaces are to narrow, interdental brushes in general are not the recommended tool for you, WINGBRUSH neither.
2. Try to use the brush only in those interdental spaces in which it fits. People often need more than one size, because of the different gap size between your teeth.
3. Don’t be confused if your gum bleeds, this is normal if you use interdental brushes occasionally or for the first time. In addition, this is a sign of missing care of your interdental spaces.

Shipping has started

Dear Backers,
Good news… shipping has started!
Our garage is full of pallets and we have already started with packing last week. As we have to pack approximately 13.000 parcels, each with an individual amount of WINGBRUSH Starters and Refills, the parcels will be sent country by country. We will update the world map and keep you up to date on which parcels have already been sent. For a better understanding, a brief explanation to the colours:
Green – already sent,
Blue – to be done
The first countries that can look forward to receiving their parcels are Switzerland, Austria and Germany, the second batch will be 31 European countries. So have a look at the map regularly to see if your country has changed from blue to green :-).
Additionally, our logistics tool will send you an automatic email as soon as your package was send.
Get your interdental spaces ready to (finally) ‘feel the gap’!

Dearest WINGBRUSH-Community,
after the new WINGBRUSH needed a few days to recover from her jetlag she joined our new models for a photo session. It was a lot of fun to take pictures of the new WINGBRUSH with our models and now we’ve got some amazing pictures. We already used the new images on our website, flyer, Instagram, Facebook – just everywhere!
Inspired by the new design of our product we also decided to refresh a few things for you. I’m sure you’ve already realized that our website has had a change of colours and design. Our lovely Helena has spent the last few days with redesigning it – and she hasn’t finished yet! So be curious and check out our new website at www.wingbrush.com or www.en.wingbrush.com.
