Survey & Production Update

Dear Wingbrush Community,

we are still totally overwhelmed by your incredible help in making our campaign such a success. Now we would like to give you a little insight in our working day, an update on the BackerKit survey and the current status of production. First things first:

Our working day: 

Right now we´re running respectively sitting around with our heads on fire because there is so much work to do! We have just moved into a new office and we even hired our first employee (Alex, the good-looking guy in the back). 

The status of production

We´re happy to announce that the production goes without problems so far and we were even able to make a few improvements to our product! So you can look forward to an even better Wingbrush, which will be send out in April. Here is a photo of our first test run. 

The BackerKit survey 

A few of you had questions regarding the BackerKit survey, especially the number of products in each package and the correct brush head sizes for your gaps. If you had problems with the survey, here is a short explanation on how to fill it out correctly: 

• All of you hopefully received an email from BackerKit, the Kickstarter survey that will help us speed up shipping.
• The invitation email will contain a link to your personal survey. If you use Facebook to log into your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link will be sent to the email you use for your Facebook account. 
• You do NOT need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey, just click on the survey link, fill it out, and you’re good to go! You will be able to answer questions about your rewards preferences, provide shipping information, and pledge for more “add-ons” if you'd like.
• If you need to change your survey responses, add or remove add-ons, or update your shipping information before we lock the surveys down (survey deadline is on February 28), you can just click on the link in your survey email again.
• It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards and get your packages out on time.

Shopping Cart: 

In addition, some of you were unsure about how many products are included in the shopping cart. Unfortunately, the illustration in the shopping cart is somewhat misleading.

• Complete Set (4 items included): There is already one Starter Set (handle + 3 brush heads) included in your shopping cart when you open the survey. This is the reason why we only ask you 3 questions about your refill choices. So don´t worry, you will get the 4 items you paid for ☺ 
• Community Pack (8 items included): There are already 2 Starter Sets included in the shopping cart, so you only have to choose 6 items/refill sets. 

Brush head sizes: 

Some of you would like to know how to identify the appropriate brush size. 

In the following illustration you can see for which gaps and structures the different ISO sizes are suitable.

Dear Wingwomen & Wingmen,

our Kickstarter campaign has ended. Over the entire last week of the campaign we settled on position #1 of the most popular projects.

We take a deep breath and say THANK YOU for your incredible support! The result exceeded even our most ambitious expectations! We want to thank all of you for supporting us on Kickstarter. We can't thank you enough. Words are powerless to express our gratitude! Thank you for being part of this campaign, this wonderful time and all the excitement we experienced over the past 35 days! We are working day and night now to get the WINGBRUSH to you. The order has now been placed with our manufacturer, we had to increase our initially planned order fivefold!

Next steps – You will receive an email with the survey for your pledge. It is important that you answer this survey carefully to get the right amount of WINGBRUSH and brushes shipped to your right address.

Stretchgoal 100,000 € achieved! We could not have imagined that. The following is for you. 

As promised, we will pack a travel case in each of your ordered refill packages - every Refill-Set with 8 brushes will have a travel case included. You can fit up to 20 replaceable brushes in each travel case.

Besides that, you can now easily separate your different brushes from each other. Always know where your brushes are.

Welcome to Interdental Airlines

Dear Wingwomen and Wingmen, 

this is captain Burak with his crew Marc and Louis. Welcome on board of Interdental Airlines heading towards "Clean-Teethistan" through the interdental space. On our journey there will be lots of stops for perfectly cleaned teeth.

Thanks to our new feeler technology the flight will be smooth and pleasant. We’ll be flying over some interesting milestones, such as 70000 €. Postcard #2 is now unlocked, you will find it in front of your seat.
