First WINGBRUSH Samples arrived!

Dear WINGRBUSH-fans,
today, the first WINGBRUSH samples arrived. As you can see, we couldn't wait a second to open it - pictures say more than 1.000 words :D
The products are, as expected, awesome. The first samples will be used for product shots. We will give you an insight in the product shots in our next update.
The last days we also prepared an application video for the WINGBRUSH. If you want to check it out, just have a look at www.wingbrush.com or www.en.wingbrush.com.
We are still doing our best that you will receive the WINGBRUSH as soon as possible. The estimated shipping date will be in August. We know you all have been waiting for the product for a long time, but we promise you will not regret it!
We are steadily working on new advertisement campaigns, distribution channels, new product ideas and a lot more. Lots of things to do :D - but be sure that Kickstarter is always our first priority. Unfortunately, we have to wait for the products to arrive and then we will directly ship it to you to more than 100 countries. Still amazing!

Packages everywhere

again, many thanks for your patience and kind messages. We are glad to have such a supporting community.
We are still working hard to make the fastest shipping of the WINGBRUSH possible. The production is going well and we are waiting for the final WINGBRUSH to arrive. Stay prepared to get the WINGBRUSH around August. We are shipping to more than 100 countries all over the world. As you know, the shipping procedure can take some time as well.
Currently the packaging is being prepared and we are halfway done. By the way, we created some good stuff online for you, which you can check out under the following link http://en.wingbrush.com/. Here you can find some cool tips and tricks for your daily oral care and of course everything important about the WINGBRUSH. We are sure, you'll find some interesting facts about oral care ;)
For further questions do not hesitate to write us a personal message on Kickstarter. Regarding address changes, it would be great if you could inform us no later than the end of next week. Each address change which we receive after the end of next week will be difficult to change as we are printing your invoices!

first of all thanks for all your patience and understanding. You are absolutely amazing! Nevertheless, we are very sorry for the delay and are thankful for your support. The production goes ahead and the packaging already arrived, the production is in its final steps. Thus you can definitely be tight. The WINGBRUSH will probably reach you in July/ August.
If there are any further questions do not hesitate to contact us on [email protected]. Some of you asked if there is any possibility to change the shipping address. Just send us a personal message on Kickstarter with your new address and we will change it.

Kickstarter Update 11 – Shipping information

Dear Wingbrush-Community,
we hope you had a wonderful week so far!
As you know, the Wingbrush is our first project on Kickstarter and we were totally overwhelmed by the great resonance we have experienced. Unfortunately, your big interest in the Wingbrush also led to a problem that we previously did not anticipate:
In order to manufacture the Wingbrush, a corresponding production tool (called injection mould) must be produced. During our smaller batch-tests this tool worked faultlessly. Unfortunately, as the main production exceeded our anticipations, we determined that our tool was not suitable for producing such a large number of Wingbrush.
The production of such a tool is complex and cost us 3 unexpected month, so inevitably we have to postpone the shipment until about July. The good news is: Production is running!
Depending on where around the world you are living (we are shipping to 102 (!) countries), your Wingbrush will arrive in July or August. We know this is sad news for everyone, but we can assure we have tested all other options to deliver the Wingbrush on time.
We are very sorry and we hope you can forgive us this delay. We work as much as we can to complete production as soon as possible! Thank you again for your patience and support!

Survey Reminder & Insights

Dear Wingbrushers,
we would like to give you another small update on our
campaign!
The most important thing first: 86% of you have already
filled out the survey (yeah)! But some of your replies are still missing and
unfortunately we can not send out your Wingbrushes if we do not have your
adresses… so please remember to fill out the Backerkit survey which we sent you
via mail (until February 28th)! :-)
Besides that, we would like to give you a few more
impressions of our everyday work:
Poor Marc worked so hard that he dislocated his shoulder
(just kidding, he tried rock-climbing). Fortunately, he managed to maintain a
positive attitude!
… and the rest of us try to use our short work breaks to
stay fit from tooth to toe :-)
